On the ground, the team at Louisvale that makes it all happen includes the loyal workers in the vineyards and cellar and an experienced management team:

• Winemaker Simon Smith, whose passion for the vine and his wines is evident in the fruits of his labour
• Energetic general manager Helene van der Merwe
• Accountant Johan Stone.
